If you are already with the Swindon Music Co-operative and wish to transfer to remote music tuition, please read, sign and return the online safety agreement form.
New to Swindon Music Co-operative?
If you are new to the Swindon Music Co-operative and wish to sign up for online lessons, please complete the application form.
For new applications, the Online Safety Agreement is integrated into the application form.
