To apply for instrumental or vocal lessons, please print off, complete and return the application form. It may be posted to the address on the application form, or sent as a scanned attachment to email@example.com.
You may like to give our friendly office staff a call if you wish to discuss your requirements first.
On receiving your application and payment, we will arrange lessons with an appropriate teacher. In situations where this is not possible, e.g. the teacher does not have any available time, your application will be kept on file for six months.
Once a teacher has been allocated, they will contact you to confirm arrangements and tuition will start on an agreed date.

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we have about you. You also have some rights under the General Data Protection Rights (GDPR) legislation. To receive a copy of the information we hold about you, please contact the Office Manager.
